Bike Fest: Helmets Save Lives. Free. Saturday, May 2, 9 am - noon. Vernon Street Town Square. Bring your bicycle and helmet to Roseville's 33rd annual family bike safety event. Enjoy the bike obstacle course, safety show, helmet fittings, bicycle safety checks from local bike shops, and food carts. Blessing of the Bicycles, Friday, May 15 at 12:30 PM. St. Paul's Episcopal Church Parking Lot, 1012 15th, Sacramento. Members of St. Paul's clergy will sprinkle Holy Water over the gathered bikes and offer a prayer of blessing for safety in the coming cycling season. Invite your friends for a group ride downtown, or bike to work that day, then join us at St. Paul's during your lunch hour.
